Four Paths Yoga was born in December 2018 from a desire to share a deeper experience of Yoga. The instructors guiding Four Paths Yoga courses are some of the nation’s most informed and active leaders in the emergence of an authentic, holistic Yoga movement.
Each instructor is hand selected to share their expertise and personal experience gained on their unique journey in Yoga. Whether their role is a University Professor, Yoga Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, Yoga Instructor, Photographer, Writer/Blogger or beyond, wisdom is gained by learning from one another.
It is our honor to guide you.
Thank you for allowing us to guide you with the mission to honor the individual and share wisdom of Yoga as an ancient tradition.
About the Founder
Amy Osborne, M.A. Yoga Studies, E-RYT, YACEP
Amy Osborne created Four Paths Yoga in December 2018. Her aim is to share the diversity and depth of Yoga tradition with others to enhance the daily experience of living with greater ease.
Amy is a graduate of the Masters of Arts of Yoga Studies program at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA, and completed her 200 hour training at Liberation Yoga in Mid City, Los Angeles. Through her own personal practice and study of Yoga tradition, Amy found life’s most overwhelming experiences can be survived and navigated through a regular yoga practice.
Amy was eager to better understand the benefits of Yoga, and devoted her thesis to Yoga history, science and practice surrounding trauma-informed mindfulness. Check out Amy’s published thesis here. Amy’s teaching and practice focuses on the physiological impacts of yoga practice particularly for those who can most benefit, including those suffering from anxiety and depression, PTSD, at-risk youth, and prison and jail populations.
Amy is a current owner and instructor at North Port Yoga + Wellness located in North Port, Florida alongside business partners Angel and Matt Loflin of Austin, Texas. Read more about Amy certifications and training experience.
